Customized Products: Custom-made, personalized, or modified products according to your specifications are not eligible for return unless there are manufacturing defects or damages during shipping. 3.2. Sale or Clearance Products: Products purchased during a special sale, clearance, or promotional offer are not eligible for return unless there are manufacturing defects or damages during shipping.
